PEU À PEU.

My work is rooted in contemporary art, though over time it has opened into a wider cultural and social field. Moving between languages, countries and contexts has long been part of how I live and work. That is probably why I am drawn to different perspectives, and to projects that do not sit neatly in one place.
I spent several years at Grieder Contemporary in Zurich, working closely with artists, collectors and gallerists, inside the particular rhythm of exhibitions and art fairs. In 2019 I joined Zurich Art Weekend, later becoming General Manager, through a period when the initiative grew its programme, its partnerships, and its reach well beyond Zurich.
Most of my work happens behind the scenes, in the space between an idea and its shape. I notice what is missing, imagine what could connect, and find a way to make it real. The same instinct has taken me beyond the art world too, into fundraising and community work, into places like Kinderzirkus Robinson and the Reformierte Kirche Zürich, corners I would probably never have found otherwise.
I hold a Bachelor in Cultural Tourism from the University of Padua and a Master in Arts and Cultural Management from IESA Art & Culture and Paris School of Business, with a focus on exhibition management and the art market, along with a CAS in Innovation & Change from the University of Basel. Other things have stayed with me too: a growing interest in mindful leadership and coaching, and a quiet art practice with clay and on paper, kept on and off for more than twenty years.
Since 2023, I have been building an independent practice, moving between creative projects, advisory work, and writing. Some of it brings me back to where I come from: a small Ladin-speaking valley in the Dolomites, where it is still part of my everyday life, and where culture, language and belonging are almost impossible to pull apart.
The practice keeps evolving, built step by step, peu à peu.

WHAT I DO

WHERE CLOUDS TAKE FORM.

I work between ideas and realisation, stepping in at different moments depending on what a project needs. That might mean defining the direction, bringing in the right people, or coordinating what is needed to move it forward. The result could be an exhibition, a collaboration, an event, or something that does not quite have a name yet.

I take a creative idea from concept to reality, whether it still needs shaping or is ready to move forward.

Selecting what belongs together, and letting it find its own form — an exhibition, a bar, a festival program, or something not yet named.

Managing the practical side of an event or initiative: timelines, budgets, people, transport, and insurance, while keeping the overview.

Finding the partners and specialists an idea needs, and building bridges across cultures, regions, and worlds that rarely meet.

Giving a project its voice and face through branding, written content, newsletters, social media, and press, in more than one language.

I offer discreet, steady support to artists, individuals, and organisations working through creative ventures, art collections, funding, and the decisions that shape what comes next.
