PEU À PEU.

My work is rooted in contemporary art, though over time it has opened into a wider cultural and social field. Moving between languages and contexts has long shaped how I work, and probably why I am drawn to projects that do not sit neatly in one place.
I spent several years at Grieder Contemporary, working with a roster of Swiss and international artists, and closely with the family's private art collection.
In 2019 I joined Zurich Art Weekend, later becoming General Manager, through years of a growing programme and an increasingly international reach.
Most of my work happens behind the scenes, in the space between an idea and its shape: noticing what is missing, seeing the potential, and finding a way to make it real.
Formally, I hold a Bachelor in Cultural Tourism from the University of Padua, a Master in Arts and Cultural Management from IESA Art & Culture and Paris School of Business, focused on exhibition management and the art market, and a CAS in Innovation & Change from the University of Basel.
In practice, I keep sharpening the eye and deepening my interest in mindful leadership and coaching.
Since 2024, I have been building an independent practice across cultural projects, advisory and writing. Alongside it, I keep my own (silent) artistic practice in porcelain and on paper, something that started at art school and has stayed with me on and off ever since.
Some of it brings me back to where I come from: a small Ladin-speaking valley in the Dolomites, which I still speak every day, even here in Zurich.
The practice keeps evolving, built step by step, peu à peu.

WHAT I DO

WHERE CLOUDS TAKE FORM.

I work between ideas and realisation, stepping in at different moments depending on what a project needs. That might mean defining the direction, bringing in the right people, or coordinating what is needed to move it forward. The result could be an exhibition, a collaboration, an event, or something that does not quite have a name yet.

Depending on the project, I:

Shape ideas, define direction and structure, carry out research, bring in the right people and partners, and turn an initial thought into a brief, concept, dossier, funding strategy or actual project.

Bring together artists, works, references and contexts to find the right form for an exhibition, festival programme, collection, interior or display concept.

Manage the practical side of exhibitions, events and art projects, from timelines and budgets to transport, loans, insurance and coordination.

Develop a project's voice and visual language across texts, websites, newsletters, social media, press, branding and multilingual communication, working with designers and developers where needed.

Support private clients and organisations with art selection, acquisitions, commissions and collection development; connect them with artists, galleries and specialists; and advise on art for interiors, hospitality and other spaces. I also support artists and cultural organisations with funding, project development and strategic decisions.
